----Respondent
For Petitioner(s) : None present
For Respondent(s) : Mr. Sandeep Soni
Mr. Lalit Pareek
Mr. D.S. Pidiyar, AAAG for

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN MONGA
Order (Oral)
02/01/2025
1. Petitioners are before this Court seeking appointment on the
post of Prabodhak pursuant to advertisement dated 31.05.2008.
2. At the very outset, while on one hand, there is no
representation on behalf of the petitioners, on the other hand
learned counsel for the respondent has drawn my attention to a
judgment rendered in Raja Ram vs. State of Rajasthan: S.B. Civil
Writ Petition No.11905/2018, wherein vide a detailed judgment
dated 22.07.2022, similar controversy has already been
adjudicated.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the
petitioner's case is adversely hit by the judgment ibid.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent appears to be correct in
making the aforesaid submission and perhaps that is why there is
no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
[2025:RJ-JD:192] (2 of 2) [CW-1891/2016]
5. In the premise, petition is dismissed.
6. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
