1. Under challenge herein is an order dated 15.01.2025

(Annex.3), vide which, petitioner has been transferred from

Chittorgarh to Tonk and pursuant thereto vide a subsequent order

dated 20.01.2025 (Annex.4), he has been relieved.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner relies on a

judgment and order dated 17.02.2025 passed by a Coordinate

Bench of this Court at Jaipur in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.1329/2025 (Suryabhan Singh Shaktawat Vs. Rajasthan

State Road Transport Corporation & Ors.). He submits that

[2025:RJ-JD:11005] (2 of 2) [CW-4312/2025]

the petitioner is sanguine that if the respondents consider the

representation of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment,

he will be meted out with favorable treatment.

3. In view of the aforesaid, without commenting on the merits

of the case, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with

a direction to the competent authority to decide the

representation (may file fresh, if not already filed) of the

petitioner, in accordance with law, keeping in view the

observations made in judgment, ibid, expeditiously.

4. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
