present petition is also disposed of as per Appendix 'A' of

judgment, ibid. For detailed reasons / discussion, see order /

judgment dated 05.02.2025 passed therein.

2. Accordingly, impugned transfer order qua the petitioner is quashed with liberty to pass fresh orders.

3. All pending applications are disposed of accordingly.
