Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment rendered by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

[2025:RJ-JD:9226] (2 of 2) [CW-2921/2025]

No.18945/2024 (Annpurna Medical Training (College of

Nursing), Sikar Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors.) and other

connected matter decided on 11.02.2025 in the following terms:-

"8. In view of the discussions made above, the present writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the State Government to reconsider the cases of the petitioner- Institutions for grant of No Objection Certificate afresh in view of the Inspection Report, the recommendation of the Scrutiny Committee and the law laid down by the Division Bench of this Court in judgment dated 01.03.2024 in the case of Private Physiotherapy, Nursing and Paramedical Institution Society (supra), by passing a speaking order. Needful shall be done by the State Government within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.

9. Stay petition and other pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly."

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms

of the judgment rendered in the case of Annpurna Medical

Training (supra) and consequently, the order impugned dated

29.08.2022 is quashed and set aside.
