The present petition is filed seeking directions for fair and

impartial investigation in connection with FIR no. 544/2025 dated

25.10.2025 registered at Police Station Pratap Nagar, Bhilwara.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that upon

intervention of Superintendent of Police, the said FIR was

registered, howsoever the Investigating authorities are acting

hand in glove with the accused. It is submitted that the petitioner

has filed representation and tried to approach the office of

Superintendent of Police, however, the same was could not bore

any fruitful results.

The Superintendent of Police, Bhilwara is directed to consider

the grievance of the petitioner, and supervise that a fair,

expeditious and unbiased investigation is carried out in the instant

matter. Withal, the petitioner is directed to mark appearance

before the Superintendent of Police concerned on 16.12.2025 at

11.00 AM.

Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of. Pending

applications, if any, shall stand disposed.
