1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits

that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by an

order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of

Subhash Chander v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : SBCWP

No.12299/2017, decided on 27.11.2017. He submits that the

respondents may be directed to consider and decide a fresh

representation of the petitioners in light of the aforesaid

judgment.

2. In view of the submissions made, without commenting on

merits of the case, the petition filed by the petitioners is disposed

of with a direction to the competent authority to decide the fresh

representation of the petitioners, strictly in accordance with law,

keeping in view the observations made in the case of Subhash

Chander (supra), within a period of thirty days from the date of

receipt of certified copy of this order.

3. Stay application as well as all other pending applications, if

any, also stand disposed of.
