1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the issue
raised in the present writ petitions is with regard to the additional
performance security.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that validity of
Rule 75 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement
Rules, 2013 was challenged before Division Bench of this Court.
The Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.07.2025
while deciding the D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10701/2025 has
upheld the validity of Rule 75 of the Rajasthan Transparency in
Public Procurement Rules, 2013.
3. Counsel further submits that in view of the said judgment,
nothing survives in the present writ petition.
4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that
though nothing survives in the present writ petition but he has
certain other grievances for which he seeks permission to file
representation before the respondent-authorities.
5. In view of the submissions made, the present writ petitions
are dismissed as infructuous. However, petitioner is granted
[2025:RJ-JD:38245] (4 of 4) [CW-9904/2023]
liberty to file representation before the respondent-authority
ventilating its greivances.
6. Needless to observe that if any such representation is filed,
the same shall be decided strictly in accordance with law.
7. Pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.
