1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

instant matter is squarely covered by the ratio of the judgment

passed by a coordinate Bench of this court at Jaipur in S.B. CWP

No. 1347/2024 titled Dr. Amit Soni vs. State of Raj. Hence,

the instant petition can be settled in light of the dictum enunciated

in Dr. Amit Soni (Supra).

2. The said above said fact is not refuted by the learned counsel

for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court directs

the respondents to carry forward the requisites as per the dictum

[2025:RJ-JD:19693] (2 of 2) [CW-8048/2025]

of Dr. Amit Soni (Supra) and release the documents

/credentials/certificates/mark-sheets of petitioner on undertaking.

4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Stay

application so also pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
