1. Petitioner herein serving as Conductor, inter alia, seeks

quashing of an order dated 15.01.2025, vide which, he has been

transferred from Pratapgarh to Tonk, at a distance of about 370

kms.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner relies on a

judgment and order dated 17.02.2025 passed by a Coordinate

Bench of this Court at Jaipur in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.1329/2025 (Suryabhan Singh Shaktawat Vs. Rajasthan

State Road Transport Corporation & Ors.). He submits that

the petitioner is sanguine that, in case he is allowed to file a

[2025:RJ-JD:17267] (2 of 2) [CW-7025/2025]

representation qua the grievance raised in the present writ

petition and the same is considered in light of the aforesaid

judgment, he will be meted out with favorable treatment.

3. In view of the aforesaid, without commenting on the merits

of the case, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with

a direction to the competent authority to decide the

representation (may file fresh, if not already filed) of the

petitioner, in accordance with law, keeping in view the

observations made in judgment, ibid, expeditiously.

4. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
