[2024:RJ-JD:40475] (2 of 2) [CW-17284/2022]

No.7469/2016 (Rama Prasad Sharma Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors.).

2. In view of the submissions made before this Court, the

present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment

rendered by this Court in the case of Rama Prasad Sharma

(supra).
