1. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the

petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is

covered by an order dated 20.05.2003 rendered by a Co-

ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.2549/2002 : Govind Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan &

Ors. He submits that the respondents may be directed to

consider the representation of the petitioner in light of the

aforesaid judgment.

2. In view of the submissions made, without commenting on

the merits of the case, the petition filed by the petition is

[2024:RJ-JD:39855] (2 of 2) [CW-14926/2024]

disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to

decide the representation of the petitioner, in accordance

with law, keeping in view of the observations made in the

case of Govind Singh (supra), within a period of 60 days,

if the case of the petitioner falls within the four corners of

the above judgment.

3. Nothing will preclude the petitioner to approach this Court

again if his grievances persist.

4. Stay application also stands disposed of, accordingly.
