1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment rendered by a co-ordinate Bench of his Court in S.B.

Civil Writ Petition No.18212/2018 (Lokesh Meena Vs. State

of Rajasthan & Ors.) decided on 20.02.2019.

3. In view of the submission made before this Court, the

present writ petition is also allowed in terms of the judgment

[2024:RJ-JD:39729] (2 of 2) [CW-842/2019]

rendered by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Lokesh Meena

(supra).

4. The order has been passed based on the submissions made

in the petition, the respondents would be free to examine the

veracity of the submissions made in the petition and only in case

the averments made therein are found to be correct, the petitioner

would be entitled to the relief.
