Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment rendered by this Court in batch of writ petitions led by

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12658/2024 (Lokendra Singh vs.

The State of Rajasthan & Ors), decided on 09.09.2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent is not in a position to

controvert the submission made by learned counsel for the

petitioner. However, he submits that the benefit of judgment relied

upon by learned counsel for the petitioner can be extended to the

petitioner only if the vacancies is still available in the respondent

Department.

In view of the statement made before this Court, the present

writ petition is disposed of in light of the judgment rendered by

this Court in Lokendra Singh's case(supra).

However, it is made clear that the petitioner can be extended

the benefit of giving appointment on the post of GNM, if there is

vacancies available in pursuance of the advertisement for which

the petitioner has applied.
