1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order

passed by this Court has been complied with and an appropriate

order has been passed by the respondents on 29.08.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the

order dated 29.08.2024 has been passed in compliance of the

directions issued by this Court, however, the benefits have not

been granted in light of the judgment rendered by this Court in

[2024:RJ-JD:39030] (2 of 2) [WCP-1101/2022]

the case of Om Prakash & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B.

Civil Writ Petition No.21214/2014. He, therefore, seeks liberty to

assail the validity of the order passed by the respondents on

29.08.2024.

3. In view of the submissions made before this Court, the

contempt petition is dismissed. Notices are discharged.

4. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to assail the validity

of the order passed by the respondents on 29.08.2024.
