1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy

raised in the instant writ petition stands resolved in view of the

adjudication made by a Coordinate Bench of this Court at Jaipur

Bench in the case of Smt. Saroj Devi vs. State of Rajasthan &

Ors. : SBCWP No.10424/2009 on 09.05.2014.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is also disposed of in the light

of the decision rendered vide order dated 09.05.2014 passed in

[2024:RJ-JD:36459] (2 of 2) [CW-13228/2024]

Smt. Saroj Devi's case (supra) on the same terms. All pending

applications also stand disposed of.

3. The authorities would be at liberty to verify the facts and if

his case falls within the four corners of the judgment passed in the

case of Smt. Saroj Devi vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. :

SBCWP No.10424/2009 vide order dated 09.05.2014 only in

that event the benefit shall be granted.
