Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely

covered by the judgment dated 09.11.2023 passed by the

[2024:RJ-JD:43940] (2 of 2) [CW-10666/2023]

Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in case of "Bhansali Dyeing vs.

State of Rajasthan & Ors.": S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.11242/2023.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents was not in a position to

refute the aforesaid submission made at Bar by the learned

counsel for the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a

similar direction as given by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in

the case of "Bhansali Dyeing" (supra).

4. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
