Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment of this court rendered in a batch of writ petitions led by

S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.7088/2016 (Tarun Sharma V/s

State of Rajasthan & Anr.) decided on 30.08.2024.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is also disposed of in

terms of judgment dated 30.08.2024 rendered by this court in the

case of Taruna Sharma (supra).
