1. The present review petition has been preferred with a

submission that the consent of learned counsel for the petitioner

as recorded in the order dated 19.09.2024 may be ordered to

have been withdrawn and the writ petition be decided in terms of

the judgment passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3524/2008;

Jagtar Singh vs. Sadhu Ram decided on 04.07.2011.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that

he has no objection if the consent of learned counsel for the

petitioner as recorded in the order dated 19.09.2024 is permitted

to be withdrawn. He however, submits that the remaining order

be not disturbed and the order be reviewed only to the extent of

the consent of learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the 'No Objection' made by learned counsel for the

respondent to the effect that the consent of learned counsel for

the petitioner to the extent that the petitioner is ready and willing

to waive his challenge to the liability as imposed by the learned

Debt Relief Court, the present review petition is partly allowed

and the consent given by learned counsel for the petitioner to the

said extent is permitted to be withdrawn.

4. No ground for interference in the remaining part of the order

dated 19.09.2024 is made out and the review petition is hence,

disposed of with the modification only to the above extent.
