1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

would be satisfied, if his representation is considered and decided

by the respondents, while keeping into consideration the judgment

passed by this Court in Madan Lal Vs. State of Rajasthan and

Anr. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8108/2019) decided on

08.07.2020 alongwith other connected matters.

2. In light of such submission, the present petition is disposed

of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation

of the petitioner, while keeping into consideration the order passed

in the case of Madan Lal (supra) within a period of three weeks

from the date of receiving the certified copy of this order, strictly

in accordance with law. However, the impugned order shall not

cause any kind of prejudice while the representation is decided.

3. All pending applications also stand disposed of.

4. The order has been passed based on the submissions made

in the petition, the respondents would be free to examine the

veracity of the submissions made in the petition and only in case,

the averments made therein are found to be correct, the petitioner

would be entitled to the relief.
