controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by a

judgment rendered by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Jaipur in

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3873/2019 : Amar Singh vs.

State of Rajasthan & Ors. decided on 20.12.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents is not in a position to

refute the submission made by counsel for the petitioners.
