Learned counsels for the respective parties submit that the

controversy involved herein is no more res integra and stands

resolved by a Division Bench judgment of this Court at Principal

Seat, Jodhpur passed in the case of Bharti Upadhayay versus

versus The State of Rajasthan & Ors.: DB Special Appeal

Writ No.1122/2017 decided on 10.08.2018. They, therefore,

pray that these writ petitions may also be disposed of in similar

terms.

Ordered accordingly.
