25.10.2016 passed in the case of State of Rajasthan & Anr.

versus Smt. Indira Devi: DB Civil Special Appeal (Writ)

No.703/2016. They, therefore, pray that this writ petition may

also be disposed of in similar terms.

Ordered accordingly.
