Counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has

been filed by the petitioner in regard to the claim of benefits for

the period he remained under suspension because the

respondent-authorities has ordered that the petitioner is entitled

only for subsistence allowance and will not receive anything other

than subsistence allowance because after enquiry the petitioner

was dismissed from his services and S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.

584/2011 is pending before this Court.

After arguing at some length, petitioner made a limited

prayer that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ

[2024:RJ-JP:15047] (2 of 2) [CW-5/2020]

petition with liberty to file fresh one in case the order of dismissal

from services of the petitioner is set aside in S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No. 584/2011.

In view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the

petitioner the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with

liberty as prayed.

Since the main petition has been dismissed as withdrawn,

all other pending application/s, if any, also stands disposed of.
