After arguing at some length, learned counsel

for petitioners seeks permission of this Court to

withdraw these anticipatory bail applications with

liberty to them to surrender before the concerned

Court.

Permission as sought for is granted.

These bail applications filed under Section 438

Cr.P.C. are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as

prayed for.

However, if petitioners surrender themselves

and file bail application(s) before the concerned

Court, it is expected from the concerned Court to

decide bail application(s) of petitioners preferably on

the same day, in accordance with law.

A copy of this order be placed in connected file.
