1. With the consent of both the sides, the present batch of

petitions are taken up for final disposal, jointly.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents, has

raised a preliminary objection regarding the maintainability of the

instant petition and submitted that the impugned selection

process pertains to the Year 2021 and as on date, the same has

attained finality and no vacancies subsist.

3. Learned Senior Counsel, Mr. R.N. Mathur, appearing for

the petitioners, has submitted that the petitioners have a strong

and founded belief that the questions attempted by the petitioners

were justified and correct as per the answer key so issued.

However, on account of the subsequent objections raised by the

other candidates, the same set of questions were deleted and

consequential effects were given to all the candidates. In this

regard, learned counsel relied upon the judgment of this Court as

passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10622/2014 titled as

Ramdhan Kumawat vs. State of Rajasthan and submitted that

if given an opportunity to file a representation before the

respondents, the same be considered by the latter within a

specified time frame, in due compliance with the settled position

of law.

4. Considering the facts of the case and the limit prayer so

advanced, as noted above, this Court deems it appropriate to

direct the petitioners to file a representation before the

respondent-Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, encapsulating their

grievance, within a period of 10 days, which shall be decided by

the said respondent within an upper time frame of four weeks by

way of a speaking order, after having effectuated compliance with

the principles of natural justice and also, the law applicable.

5. In light of the above, present petitions are disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
