The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with a

prayer to issue directions to the respondents to comply with the

order dated 21.04.2014 and to grant benefit of regularisation to

the petitioner from the date of filing of earlier writ petition No.

3817/2012 i.e. 21.04.2014.

Counsel for the respondent have filed an additional affidavit

and have also enclosed order dated 21.04.2014 along with the

additional affidavit. The order dated 21.04.2014 is in regard to

[2024:RJ-JP:11575] (2 of 2) [CW-1138/2020]

allowing the benefits which has been directed by this Court in S.B.

Civil Writ Petition No. 3817/2012.

Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the fact that by

issuing the order dated 21.04.2014, the respondents have

complied with the order dated 21.04.2014 passed in S.B. Civil

Writ Petition No. 3187/2012.

Since the respondents have complied with the order dated

21.04.2014, no further order is required to be passed and no

survives cause of action in the present writ petition and thus this

writ petition is disposed of.

Since the main petition has been dismissed, the stay

application & all pending application/s, if any, also stand disposed

of.
