Judgment / Order

01/03/2024

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner in regard to

the recruitment initiated in the year 2011. The petition has been

filed by the petitioner in the year 2017, much after the declaration

of the result and no sincere efforts have been made by the

counsel for the petitioner for arguing the matter. When the case

was listed before this Court on 22.03.2018, counsel for the

petitioner sought adjournment.

[2024:RJ-JP:10654] (2 of 2) [CW-17128/2017]

The prayer for adjournment was again made on 13.04.2018,

30.11.2023. After passing of more than 13 years of the

recruitment process, no relief can be granted to the petitioner at

this stage.

It is also brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent

recruitment for the post of Pharmacist have also been completed.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed.

Since the main petition has been dismissed, the stay

application and all pending application/s, if any, also stand

dismissed.
