02.07.2022 passed by learned Addl. Judicial Magistrate No.2,
Jhalawar, the accused petitioner has been acquitted for the
offences under Sections 387 of IPC. The letter is taken on record.
In view of above, the prayer made in this misc. petition does
not survive. Thus, considering the aforesaid factual position, this
criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having rendered
infructuous.
