As per the letter dated 29.01.2024, sent by learned Judicial
Magistrate, Laxmangarh (Alwar), vide judgment dated 09.06.2017
passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Laxmangarh, the accused
petitioners Alam, Hakam, Gullu, Sajji, Mubina, Naval and Nahni
have been acquitted for the offences under Sections 148, 341,
324, 326/149 IPC. Vide the same judgment, the accused
petitioner Sahabdin has also been acquitted for the offences under
Sections 148, 341, 324, 326/149 & 354-A IPC. The letter is taken
on record.
In view of above, the prayer made in this misc. Petition does
not survive. Thus, considering the aforesaid factual position, this
criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having rendered
infructuous.
