Judgment / Order

1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has

been given appointment by respondent-Department on the post of

Assistant Teacher Level-I on contract basis and was given posting

at Mahatma Gandhi Government School, Gopalgarh (Pahadi)

District Bharatpur. The grievance of the petitioner is that the

father of the petitioner is facing disability due to severe disease of

Parkinson and therefore petitioner is required to attend his father

regularly but because he has been posted at a far place, he is

unable to attend his father.

2. Prayer made in this writ petition by the petitioner is that he

may be posted at nearby place so that he may attend his father

properly.

3. After arguing at some length counsel for the petitioner made

a limited prayer that the petitioner may be permitted to make a

representation to the competent respondent-authority for his

posting at nearby place.

4. In view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the

petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the

petitioner to make a representation to the competent respondent-

authority in regard to the prayer made in this present petition.

5. Since the main petition has been disposed of, the stay

application and all pending application/s, if any, also stand

disposed of.
