Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the status report

dated 12.05.2018 furnished by the Station House Office, Mahila

Thana, District Alwar which reflects that after investigation and

finding the allegations to be false, Final Report No.44 was

submitted in the jurisdictional Magistrate Court on 01.06.2015

which was accepted on 30.06.2016.

In view thereof, this criminal miscellaneous petition filed for

quashing the subject FIR is rendered infructuous and is dismissed

accordingly.
