This criminal miscellaneous petition under Section 482 CrPC

has been filed for quashing the FIR No.0039/2023 registered at

Police Station Mahila Thana (Jaipur City (south)), District Jaipur

City (South).

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the status report

dated 19.01.2024 furnished by the Station House Office, Mahila

[2024:RJ-JP:3690] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-3659/2023]

Thana, Jaipur (South) which reflects that after investigation,

Negative Final Report No.93/2023, finding the allegations to be

false, has been prepared on 31.12.2023.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that conclusion of the

investigation shall be submitted in the jurisdictional Magistrate

Court within a week from today.

None for the petitioners even in the second round.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Public

Prosecutor, this criminal miscellaneous petition is rendered

infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
