Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that

matter is covered by the judgment of the Coordinate Bench in

SBCWP No. 4088/2022 titled as Gourav Sharma & Anr. Vs.

RPSC. Learned counsel for the respondent has further submitted

that advertisement was made in the year 2018 and the entire

selection process was over.

Learned counsel for the petitioner was not able to refute the

said contention.

In light of the said fact, present petition is dismissed.
