This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated

28.03.2011 passed by the District Collector, Bundi whereby, Stone

Crusher of the petitioners was closed being in violation of the

[2024:RJ-JP:9591] (2 of 2) [CW-5377/2011]

provisions of Rajasthan Land Revenue (Industrial Areas Allotment)

Rules, 1959.

Learned State-counsel, inviting attention of this Court

towards the contents of the reply filed by him, would submit that

since, the subject Stone Crusher has been released by the Sub-

Divisional Officer, Hindoli, District Bundi vide order dated

29.04.2011, this writ petition is rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the

aforesaid statement.

In view thereof, this civil writ petition is dismissed as

infructuous.
