1. Learned counsel for the parties have very fairly stated in
Court that the controversy involved in the present case stands
settled by a judgment of Division Bench of this Court in
Rajasthan Marudhara Gramin Bank V/s Bikaner Kshetriya
Gramin Bank Officer Organization & Ors. decided on
06.09.2023 in D.B. Writ Misc. Application No.88/2021.
2. In the light of the above, these misc. applications stand
dismissed in the same terms as in Rajasthan Marudhara Gramin
Bank (Supra).
3. Photocopy of this order be placed in another connected file.
