1. Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

the present writ petition involves identical issue as involved in the

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1897/2023 (Teeja Meena & Ors.

Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.), which has been decided by a

Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.04.2023 and

prays that the present writ petition be disposed of in the same

terms.

2. Mr. Gaur, learned Additional Advocate General does not

dispute the aforesaid position of facts and law.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed

of in terms of the judgment rendered in the case of Teeja Meena

(supra).

4. The respondents are directed to consider petitioners' case for

engagement on urgent temporary basis, if any vacancies remain

unfilled after the regular recruitment on the post of Livestock

Assistant and if the State is in requirement of petitioners' services.

5. The present writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid

directions.

6. Stay application also stands disposed of.
