Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a bunch of

writ petition involving the similar controversy led by S.B.Civil Writ

Petition No.219/2023 (State of Rajasthan & Ors. V/s Smt.

Nandbala Joshi) has been dismissed by this court vide order dated

14.03.2023.

Accordingly, for the self same reasons as mentioned in the

judgment dated 14.03.2023, the present writ petition is

dismissed.
