1. The present review petition pertains to the year 2017 and

despite time being granted by the Registrar (Admn.) on

25.11.2020 and further by the Court on 17.07.2023, the defect as

pointed out by the office has not been removed.

2. On 17.07.2023, last opportunity of two weeks was granted

to counsel but till date, no steps to cure the defect have been

taken.

3. In view of the same, the present review petition is

dismissed for non-compliance.
