Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since

the petitioner has approached the respondent-authorities under

[2023:RJ-JD:30203-DB] (2 of 2) [CW-11142/2019]

the Amnesty Scheme - 2023, he wants to withdraw the instant

writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate

remedy available him, in case, any adverse order is passed

against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.

The application (01/23) is disposed of accordingly.
