AWARD OF LOK ADALAT Date: 09.09.2023 The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat today. The MACT, Shahpura, Distl. Bhilwara by its judgment and award dated 13.10.2010 in MAC Case No. 13812010 (10012007) awarded a sum of Rs.3,73,600/- alongwith interest @ 6% per annum.

With the consent of the parties, the iinpugned award dated 13.10.2010 is further enhan.ced by Rs. 3,50,000/- ia f a v o ~ of ~ rthe claiinant(s)/appellant(s) as a full and final settlement of the case. The ainount so agreed shall be deposited by the respondent llzsurance Company with the Tribunal within a period of two months from today failing which, the same shall carry interest @ 7.5% per annuin from the date of this erder till actual realization. The enhanced ainount of compensation be disbursed in terms of the award in the saving bank account of the claimant(s). The award iinpugned dated 13.10.2010 passed by MACT, Shahpura, Distt. Bhilwara in Claiin Case No. 138120 10 (10012007)is modified accordingly.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of. The Registry is directed to send back the record forthwith.
