The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat today. The MACT, No. 2, Udaipur by its judgment and award dated 26-09-2016 in kLAC Case No. 630114 awarded a sum of Rs. 68,0001- Alongwith interest @ 7% per a 11nu1-11.

With the active efforts of Counsel representing the parties and the authorities of the Insurance Company, the controversy involved in this appeal has been settled by mutual compromise in the spirit of Lok Adalat. We appreciate the efforts of all concerned in settling the matter in pre-counselling. The memo of understanding shall constitute a part of the award.

With the consent 0.f the parties, the impugned award dated 26-09-2016 is ii.lrther enllanced by Rs. 1,50,000/- in favour of the claimant(s)/appellant(s) as a full and final settlement of the case. The anlount so agreed shall be deposited by the respondent Insurance Company with the Tribunal within a period of two months from today failing which, the same shall carry interest @ 7.5% per annum from the date of this order till actual realization. The enhanced amount of compensation be disbursed in *iernls of the award in the saving bank account of the claimant(s). The award i~~l;x~gned dated 26-09-2016 passed by MACT No. 2, Udaipur in Claim Case No. 63Uil4 is modified accordingly.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of. The Kegistly is clirected to send bacIc the record forthwith.
