AWARD OF LOK ADALAT Date: 09.09.2023 The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat today. The MACT, Sojat, Distt. Pali by its judgment and award dated 22.01.2020 in MAC Case No. 1512017 awarded a sum of Rs.2,63,9701- alongwith interest @ 8% per annum.

With the consent of the parties, the impugned award dated 22.0 1.2020 is further enllanced by ~Ks.2,50,000/-in favour of the claiinant(s)/appellai~t(s)as a full and final settlement of the case. The amount so agreed shall be deposited by the respondent Insurance Company with the Tribunal within a period of two months from today failing which, the same shall carry interest @ 7.5% per annuin from the date of this.. order till actual realization. The enhanced amount of compensation be disbursed in ,terms of the award in the saving bank account of the claiinant(s). The award impugned dated 22.01 2020 passed by MACT, Sojat, Distl'. Pali in Claim Case No. 1512017 is modified accordingly.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of. The Registry is directed to send back the record forthwith.
