"Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has filed reply to the contempt petition today reflecting compliance of the order dated 07.08.2019.

None appears for the petitioner even in second round. None had appeared on his behalf on last date also, i.e., 01.09.2023.

However, in the interest of justice, the petitioner is granted one more opportunity to present his case.

List the matter on 22.09.2023 as 'eleventh case' as prayed."

Today also, none appears for the petitioner even in the

second round.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution.

The notices are discharged.
