Learned counsel for the respondents, inviting attention of
this Court towards the additional affidavit dated 22.09.2023 filed
by Shri A.K. Shrivastav, Deputy Conservator of Forest (Village
Relocation) and the documents appended therewith especially the
cheque(s) bearing endorsement of the petitioners that they have
received entire payment till the month of September, 2023, would
submit that compliance of the order(s), contempt whereof is
alleged, has been made.
Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the
aforesaid statement.

In view thereof, this Court is satisfied that there has been
