In view of interim order dated 16.05.2023 passed by a
Division Bench of this Court in DB Special Appeal Writ
No.212/2023; State of Rajasthan & Ors. versus Chananmal Saini
& Ors., learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this
contempt petition with liberty to get the same revived in case the
need so arises.
Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the
aforesaid prayer.
The contempt petition is dismissed accordingly with liberty as
aforesaid.
