This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful

disobedience of the interim order dated 06.07.2017 whereby, the

petitioners were permitted to participate in the promotion process

for the year 2017-2018.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since, they

have not conducted the promotion process for the year 2017-

[2023:RJ-JP:22844] (2 of 2) [CCP-142/2019]

2018, no contempt is made out. He, therefore, prays for dismissal

of the contempt petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the

contempt petition in the aforesaid term.

Ordered accordingly.

Notices are discharged.
