This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful

disobedience of the order dated 24.07.2020 passed by the learned

Additional Sessions Judge No.2, Sikar.

Inviting attention of this Court towards the letter dated

15.08.2020 issued by the SHO Police Station, Udyog Nagar, Sikar,

District Sikar (Annexure-R-2), learned counsel for the respondents

submits that in compliance of direction of the Court, the subject

property has been released from attachment. He, therefore, prays

for dismissal of the contempt petition.

Heard. Considered.

Taking into consideration the contention advanced by the

learned counsel for the respondents and the order dated

15.08.2020, this Court is satisfied that there has been substantial

compliance of the order dated 24.07.2020.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed.

Notices are discharged.

The pending application no.1/2023 also stands disposed of.
