Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in view of

decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated 01.05.2023

in Civil Appeal No.3231/2023: Rajasthan State Road Transport

Corporation Vs. Member Singh whereby, an appeal preferred by

the corporation has been allowed, this contempt petition does not

survive and deserves to be dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, admitting the aforesaid

fact, submits that she has filed a review petition which is pending

consideration. She submits that she may be permitted to withdraw

the contempt petition with liberty to get it revived if the need so

arises.

The prayer is not opposed by the learned counsel for the

respondents.

In view thereof, this contempt petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

Notices are discharged.
