This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful

disobedience of the order dated 22.08.2016 passed by this Court

whereby, the criminal miscellaneous petition was disposed of in

terms of statement made by the learned Public Prosecutor to

submit report of the investigation, after conducting it fairly, within

a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy

of the order by the Investigating Officer.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted a copy of

the factual report dated 31.08.2023 furnished by the Deputy

Superintendent of Police, Central Circle, Kota City for perusal of

this Court.

As per the factual report, the investigation agency has filed

the conclusion report vide charge-sheet No.341 dated 30.09.2017

with the jurisdictional Court on 22.12.2017.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court is satisfied that there has

been substantial compliance of the order dated 22.08.2016.

Resultantly, this contempt petition is dismissed.

The notices are discharged.
