1. An application has been filed on behalf of respondent Trust
with a submission that a compromise has been entered into
between the parties and the appellants have handed over the
possession of the disputed property to the respondent Trust.
Therefore, no dispute now survives and the present appeal be
dismissed as having become infructuous.
2. Learned counsel Mr. Akshay Nagori whose name is reflected
in the cause list as counsel for the appellant, submitted that the
file was handed over to the client on his request and he has no
further instructions.
3. None has appeared for the appellants.
4. In view of the application as filed on behalf of the respondent
Trust and in view of the fact that none has opposed the said
submission, the application is allowed.

5. Consequently, the present appeal is dismissed as having
become infructuous.
6. All pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
